These images may not be copied, archived, published, distributed, transmitted, placed on any website, or reproduced in any way or form, in part or in full, except as specified, without prior written authorization from Ningaloo Coastal Images.

Ningaloo Coastal Images grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to copy the images you have selected for Comps (comprehensive layouts) that can only be used as in-house presentations, story boards, or rough draft designs for yourself or your clients, providing the copyright water mark is not removed or altered in any way from the images. Images supplied to clients by Ningaloo Coastal Images do not contain this water mark.

The use of an image constitutes a licensing rights agreement issued by Ningaloo Coastal Images that must be signed by both parties. Reproduction rights for image use is not granted until the image licensing invoice is paid in full.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ningaloo Coastal Images, and the photographer, harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages costs and expenses arising from the use of an image or any breach of this agreement.
